Ronaldo sets new La Liga record

The forward has now scored against every single side
he has ever faced in the division after finding the
back of the net yet again on Saturday evening

Cristiano Ronaldo has set a new La Liga
record by becoming the first player to score
against every team he has played against
in Spain's top flight following his strike for
Real Madrid in their clash with Eibar on
Saturday evening.
The 29-year-old has scored at least a single goal against 51 of the 52 teams he
has faced with Madrid since joining the club in 2009, with Dinamo Zagreb the
only side whose defence he hasn't breached in Blancos colours.
The Portugal star scored in the 43rd minute on Saturday - the first time he has
found the back of the net at Eibar's Ipurua stadium. There are only two stadiums,
Real Sociedad's Anoeta and Real Murcia's Nueva Condomina that remain
unticked on the list of arenas he has played in in La Liga.
Ronaldo's goal was his 22nd in the Primera Division this term as his march
towards a seemingly inevitable third Ballon d'Or crown continues.
Madrid went on to win the game 4-0, with the former Manchester United man
scoring a second from the penalty spot late on, to tighten Real's grip on top spot
in La Liga.
